The self-service process includes:
  • Repository Provisioning: Create new repositories via GitOps workflow
  • User Account Management: Manage access and permissions for team members
  • Infrastructure Management: Provision and configure infrastructure through Terraform
  • GitHub Permissions: Assign teams and access levels
  • Azure Roles: Configure runtime and API Management access
  • Observability Access: Provision Grafana access
  • Postgres: Create a database using application-live and commit infra-resources to your runtime.
  • Redis, Langfuse, and additional LLM models: Provisioned manually. To request access, submit a Jira request.
  • AI Gateway: Follow this SOP to generate Azure APIM AI Gateway credentials
